From the 1.8.19 the practice will be moving to a new online service. patients will be able to order prescriptions, book and cancel certain appointments and view their medical records.
This service is not available to patients under the age of 16.

or download the NHS APP - this is the easiest and quickest way to sign up for online services.
Alternatively, you will find attached to your previous prescription a tear-off slip with your medication listed. Please tick the medication you require and cross off what you don't want and bring or send it to the surgery. If you wish your prescription to be posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
We can no longer accept any other form for requesting repeat medication.
You should allow up to three full working days for your request be dealt with - requests vis a pharmacy may take longer.
We do not take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS
These are medicines that can be purchased at a pharmacy without the need for a prescription. They include medicines for many skin conditions, conjunctivitis, allergies, emergency contraception, constipation and diarrhoea, to name a few. Pharmacists are trained to deal with many ‘self-limiting’ conditions and an appointment is not needed. Some pharmacies are open late and at weekends.
Sometimes your doctor or nurse will suggest one of these medicines when they see you.
