Please be aware from 1 October 2017, all patients will be cared for jointly by Dr Reubin, Dr Visavadia and Dr Virdee and their team of experienced doctors, pharmacists as well as our much valued Nursing Team and HCA.
General practice is always changing and it is the role of the Business Manager to co ordinate and organise the services offered by the Practice as well as ensuring the business viability of the Practice.
Sylvia has worked in General practice since 2000 and has a wealth of experience. Sylvia was awarded Practice Manager of the Year award by the RCGP in 2011.
Patient Advisory Manager
Urvi is responsible for the team of patient advisors. Their role is to ensure all patients are offered the correct advice regarding services available and how to access those services.
Cassio Surgery has a dedicated team of patient advisors who have a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. They deal with patient enquiries, patient information and the booking of appointments. They are able to signpost patients to the most appropriate service.
Urvi also deals with any patient complaints.

Patient Services Manager
The Practice offers many services to our patients - annual health checks for those patients who have long term conditions such as COPD, diabetes and heart disease. NHS Health checks for patients aged 40-74 without a pre existing condition. it is Clare's role to ensure patients receive invitations and attend any health checks and reviews.
Clare also deals with new patient registrations.
Lead Medical Secretary
Eileen leads a team of four medical secretaries who deal with all referrals and insurance enquiries.
